Sami far exceeded my expectations as a listing agent. He told me exactly what to do to get my property ready to list. He was helpful and encouraging when I was exhausted from hours of painting. Once I final conceded that I couldn't do everything myself, Sami referred me to vendors within my budget. The property was listed on Thursday, had multiple offers on Monday, and went into contract on the following Tuesday. When selecting the best offer, he was considerate of all options. He did not just rush me towards the highest offer but really spent time to review all the offers. Everything went so smooth and the escrow closed in just over two weeks. It honestly went better than I ever could have hoped. If you list your property with Sami, just follow his advice and you will be very happy with the results.

He is professional and knowledgable as well as having a great eye for properties and their potential. He possesses an amazing eye for detail and design which has been a plus! Although we ultimately did not use his services to complete our home sale (we decided not to move forward with a counter offer on a home for which he was representing us and instead completed a private sale with two owners that were renting their home to us), I wish that we had been able to.
